Fuller Party Inflatables ("we", "us") is a family-run bounce house and water slide rental company in Easley, SC. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a booking inquiry, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address
• Your party details: date, start and end times, the inflatables you want, wet or dry, and the occasion
• Where the party is: street address, town and setup details like the surface, power and water hookups
• A photo of your setup spot, if you choose to add one
• Any notes you add, and whether you agreed to receive text messages

When you join our email list (The Bounce List), we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it to keep the site running and secure. We don't use advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Check availability for your date and reply to your inquiry
• Give you a price, including any delivery charge, and confirm your booking
• Plan delivery, setup and pickup at your address
• Contact you about your inquiry and booking by phone, email or, if you agree, text message
• If you join our email list, send you occasional emails about special offers, new inflatables and updates

We only use your browser's storage to remember small things, like that you've already seen or joined our email list, so we don't keep asking.

Where it's stored

Inquiries are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which we use to keep track of inquiries, quotes and bookings. Setup photos are stored with our website hosting provider. These companies store and process the information for us and aren't allowed to use it for their own purposes.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business, like our CRM, website host and messaging tools, or when the law requires it.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box on the booking form, Fuller Party Inflatables may text you about your inquiry and booking, such as replies to your questions, quotes, booking confirmations and delivery or pickup times. Agreeing to texts is not required to book. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we need to keep part of it for a legal or accounting reason.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email info@fullerpartyinflatables.com or call or text (262) 374-1527. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text from us. To leave our email list, use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

Children

This website is meant for adults planning a party. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
